I purchased 2 of these tubes, and they are just great. They both light up well, and the sound sensor is a great bonus. My only complaint is that it could be brighter, but the size of the tube makes up for it. Overall, it exceeded my expectations completely.
 Two of Four Tubes Bright

I purchased 4 of these tubes... when I hooked them all up, two of them were very bright, the other two seemed almost 1/3rd the light initially, but with time they seemed to grow brighter to about 2/3rds the light output of the other two tubes.
While these are the only 15 inch tubes you will likely find for a PC kit, you should check out Street Glow''s products since they also run on 12 volt power, often have in-line transformers, and generally are more reliably bright!

FrozenCPU is the ONLY place I could find these super long 15" CCFL tubes. When I put this in my case I was stunned! Super bright, and was awesome beating to my Gaming techno. The volume is simple to adjust, although the potentiometer (volume adjust) had no knob, it was still nice to have in a PCI slot configuration. Has both solid on, and music mode, as well as off mode (which is zero fun). I recomend this super bright UV cold cathode to anyone with a full size case. This is a huge cathode, and not for smaller cases. I have owned this product 10 months+ .
