Holy crap, I have the Aspire (Apevia) X-Cruiser with adjustable fan speed and my psu (also by Aspire) has adjustable fan speed as well. They were both on low speed and when I turned it on, I seriously thought they were broken or something. It didn''t sound like they were on. When I turned all of them up all the way, it was barely audible, wouldn''t annoy me if I had to listen to it for a long time, not by a long shot.

I''ve bought this before for my last case and wasn''t all THAT impressed, but this time I decided to take the advice of the previous reviewer and stacked two sheets on the close side of my case. I wish I had a dba reader cuz I''d love to give some numbers, because "It''s so much quieter" doesn''t even do justice.

I love this stuff! not only does it make the case visually appealing from the inside (if you have a case windows) it does its job very well. Using more than one layer greatly increases this product effectiveness.
