No way this was going to help the horrendous grinding and clicking of my hard drive in my HAF 912 case, which is very open for cooling. Wow was I wrong - I have to lean down near the case to hear the drive seeking. For a moment though I had failed to connect the drive after remounting!

Slapped this on my 1TB drive and slid it into an unused 5.25" bay. I didn''t screw it in because my case is lame, but it''s so snug that I didn''t even need to.
Drive is definitely quiter. Super easy to install.
Customer service was also very cool and accomodating.
Great and cheap.

I can barely hear the computer''s hd now, and was not the quietest drive in the world too.
