Great for non-CPU pernament thermal bonds.

Use it for connecting TEC to sinks and water coolers, that way there is no clamping of the devices/layers required and gives a great pernament bond. though not recommended, you can take a blowtorch to break the bond which I do when removing a bad TEC but want to reuse the water cooling interface.
