These rubber anti-viberation screws..well they do what they got to do. But be warned they are kind of fragile when interseting through thwe hole of the fan. Advice is to do it gently because 1 out 4 broke.But most say if it wasn''t for that this product is awesome hold my 120mm fan in place.
