 Absolute best cooling, if done right.

The MetalPad has the best cooling results in every thermal paste review online. Installation is a bit difficult, but if you find good instructions online it should only take about 10 mins of your time, and the results are uncomparible.
Run Prime. Unplug CPU fan. Watch temps VERY closely. Plug Fan back in at 70C. Done, takes 2 minutes and it''s as good as upgrading your heatsink for a lot cheaper.

This item does what the advertisement says, however, you have to get the CPU too hot and the thermal dissipation is very poor. Go with Arctic Silver if you want a good thermal compound.
