Practically silent, great cooling and massive bang for the buck. If you read the reviews it compares to the best out there (Zalman CNPxxxx) for like half the price. My only gripe is that my fan died after owning it for a year.

this cooler keep my athlon 3000 @ 39degree idle and 44degree load even at 2.6 ghz. and im in the philippines with tropical climate

This Cooler is great keeps my oc 4000+ cool even at 3Ghz. solid copper base and 48 fins it will keep any AMD cool.
