I am very happy with my phase that I got. Works great the only issue I have is the back plate design. It take forever to change from one board to another with out a cordless drill. I was wonder if there is a better design comming in the future?.

It keeps my overclocked Deneb @ -20°C under full load (100% w/ p95 in place large FFTs)
Im writing this review clocked @ 4.5ghz 250x18 @ 1.47volt, an unprecedented overclock for me and this chip.
Everything comes included in the package you get all the required hardware for proper mounting/anti dewing.
I was worried it wouldn''t support AM3 socket, but it does; because it''s the same as AM2 install.
I found one little small con, I had to disable the computer sleep mode, Because it would shut down the Cooler Express unit (not a big issue really).
Really easy install with the included manual.
Much simpler than setting up a water cooling loop.
The unit is loud, its got two huge AC fans, i wish i could slow them down.
You wanna go phase change? I was considering the OCZ unit, but it''s cheap look turned me off. Now i''m 100% sure i made the right choice. Cooler Express FTW!!
Oh and BTW FrozenCPU are The BEST!

THIS A NICE UNIT It does as promised. I just think they could have done a better job with the start-up option. (Cut on switch)
