Works fine from my house!

Had no issue installing these and even had to shape mine to my fan because they are not shaped like you''re average fans (Coolermaster Excaliber PWM). I''m going to have to get me a few more for the other fans in my case!

better than a gun silencer

I was mounting my scythe S-Flex directly to my case and boy it was loud. Upon ordering my watercooling products, i saw this little bad boy and bought it to see how it would work. Let me tell you that i could barely hear the noise of my fans. To the guy who gave it a 1 star, you just dont have enough patience lol (probably a 12 year old) installation is easy

does what its supposed to, great silencer

This is a simple and effective silencer, I installed the silencer to the case using 4 fan screws first, and then carefully screwed the fan in on top. I installed 2 fans without the silencers moving out of place, no adhesive required. 5 stars!

They work just fine!

These work just fine, just hold them into place and screw the opposite corners in, diagonally first, not tightening the screws all the way in just yet. Just use the same method that you would use to mount a CPU block/heatsink and you''ll be fine. If you plan on using these on a radiator, or a fan configuration in which the fans are right next to each other, these silencers will bump up against each other. Just use scissors, a razor, or a Dremel (yes, a Dremel) to cut off what you need to. 5/5 from me!

They work fine, but can sometimes move around a tad during screw fastening

They do the job they are supposed to do. I had to play around with them a bit since the edges liked to move slightly when you started to fasten the screws like the previous reviewer was saying. Luckily I didn''t need to resort to the usage of adhesive like they did.

Needs contact adhesive to be effectively applied

These frames are *very* difficult to install with regular fan screws. As you tighten the screws, the rubber shifts out of position. I can''t see a way to install these without gluing them to the fan first with an appropriate type of contact adhesive rated for rubber and plastic.
