Well worth the money

I''m running this on an 8800GT. Bought this heat sink because my card was locking up my system on certain games.
I did the Type 1 Install - wrap around.
Did not install the fan
Stock Heat Sink:
Fan Speed 75%
60deg Idle
83deg Load
After HR-03 GT Install:
No Fan Installed
50deg - Idle
66deg - Load
Amazing

I installed it with a 92mm TT fan and cant seem to make this thing break 40C load using Ceramique. My stock would overheat 10 minutes into Crysis and restart my pc. And i have it heavily overclocked.
Great Cooler!

Cools my Sapphire HD3870 to 48C under load, versus 80C with the stock cooler. I''m using a 92mm Panaflo L1A fan for cooling. Easy Installation, Awesome!!
Great Cooler

Light years above the stock cooler. Added a fan to it and it quieter than the stock and runs a tons cooler. Runs a max of 57* at full load and 40* at idle and my 8800GT is overclocked. It is a huge cooler, so make sure you have room.

This thing rocks. It was shipped very quickly. I added the fan of coarse for optimal performance, and I couldn''t be happier. I was worried before-hand about the size within my Antec P180 case, but it fits just fine. On the otherhand I don''t have any more room for a second PCIe card now, but I''m fine with that. I should add that this was my first time replacing a H-sink, and this site and thermalrite''s site have more then enough info about installation and it went very smoothly.
Great Investment

Received within two business days of order, easy to install, dropped idle temps of my 8800GT by 14C, and load temps by about 35C. Well worth the 65 dollars (fan included).

This HS is for optimal cooling for the newest GPUs (G92 & RV670). It dropped idle temps on my CrossFired 3850s from 52C all the way down to 29C. Under full load I was getting temps as high as 98C with the stock cooler. With the HR03-GT full load temps are never peak beyond 68C--->>> all this without even adding the recommended 92mm fans.
The only drawback is it''s size (although it''s probably it''s greatest strength). However, for my application on an ASUS M2R32-MVP the PEX slots'' placement do not allow for a CrossFire setup with the HS on the bottom of the cards & fans installed. With a fan installed you would need 3 slot spaces between cards, (at least for my application on an ASUS M2R32-MVP).
I advise to take some measurements before jumping into it.
Overall though, the HR03-GT is a great HS for the newest cards. I have 2 more to install on my 8800GTs, whew-hoo ;-D
