ok fist and four most the only i mean only reason i gave this a 3 is because of the fact is that this thing is long very long its about 2 or 3 inches longer that the card so if u have a mid tower b warned u will have lil or no room i have about i finger with from hitting the hard drive slots no big deal its just u if u have a lot of cable u have to configure and put them in weird places other than that i went from 68 to 46 idle and full load 80 to 52 freaking awesome !
Silent as they say, but watch that NVIO thermal pad

Does what it is supposed to and better than the rest. HOWEVER, the NVIO thermal pad is thinner than it should be. The chip sits higher than the memory so the thermal pad included is thinner, but as it turns out it is more so than it needs. I am currently trying to find a replacement just to be safe.
did what it advertised

Dropped my idle temps by 15 degrees. My load temperature only rises by about 5-10 degrees from my new idle temp. To the gentleman above, are you sure you have a G80 chipset? This heatsink wont fit any of the newer Nvidia cards.
Will not fit 8800GTX correctly

The heatsink & provided thermal pad are too thin to make any contact with the NVIO chip near the front of the card! I don''t know if Nvidia used different NVIO chips on different revision cards or if it''s a packing mistake on AC''s part. If you buy one of these check the chip contact or you could fry your card.
