Working very well has connectors so the motherboard can control all PWM fans. These are the new 4 prong standard for CPU fans. NOT THE 4 PRONG PLUG THAT COME WITH POWER SUPPLY. Rarely turns on only when needed so does what i wanted. Much more silent then the monster i had before.
