Works just like it should. It pluggs into your Dell MCB or special ESA controllers'' 5-pin connector, and provides you with a 4-pin PWM that is compatible with any PWM device out there. I''m using 3 in my system with 3 PWM Y-Adapters to control 4 fans and 2 high speed pumps - all PWM.
This gets a -1 because of the cheap sleeving. There are no zip ties at the end of the sleeving, and therefore the frail ends come out very easily after a few bends.
