Great Kit/Fans Terrible Controller

We purchased 3 of these kits to put into our new lecterns on our campus. Only 1 of the 3 "fan controller bases" worked. The base is very cheap and plug fits way to tight.
The kit looks great. The fans and mounting hardware work very well! I have sent SilenX support an email and see if they will replace the base.
