Well I have 2 of these set up in push pull, The idle at around 1700 RPM, as long as my CPU dosen''t get above 50C at that point they spin up to around 2400 RPM, the can be heard at this RPM level At 60C they kick in at 3500 RPM and are LOUD but this system seldom get that hot so for the most part they are quite enough and can handle a full load and keep me below 60C

Fan is powerful without being too loud. I had FrozenCpu sleeve the cable and they did an AWESOME job doing it. I highly recommend paying the slight bit extra to get the cable sleeved.
