i sleeved my all the wires in my computer. it took a while but it is worth it.
 Sleeving is a PITA!

All I can say is I hope the guys at FrozenCPU have a better sleeving method than this when they do it! The kit comes with everything you need (accept maybe a heat gun) but you''re on your own for instructions. Not worth $40 in my opinion. Oh, and did I mention sleeving yourself is a pain in the butt? I myself underestimated the time and frustration that goes into sleeveing.
