Mine did come with the proper fittings (1/4"id-3/8"od). Hooked right in with the rest of my system. With screwless drive bays, filling is a breeze. I liked the flexibility of the attatchments on the back. Overall a good reservoir.

Good once it works
First one arrived DOA(from another company). Sent it back and ordered one from here. Worked great. I have my P4 3.2Ghz socket 478 running at 3.52Ghz. Temp averages 47 degrees Celcius at full load.
