 Wish it looked like the picture...
So, in the picture it looks deep inky black & under UV it looks transparent. Maybe clear or, because of the light, clear blue. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE IN REAL LIFE!!
It is neither transparent nor translucent, UV or normal light. Bought Red Feser tubing hope the dye would create a cool effect.
The hose- under UV- looks orange on the chrome barbs and flesh tone pink where the fluid is visible inside.
As a coolant, does it''s job ok. About the same as distilled water. Only different looking. |

Wish it looked like the picture...
As in my review of the Feser1 UV Black fluid, hte pictures and real life are not the same. The hose IS quite red in normal light, slightly less red than "Power Tool Orange" under UV cathode or 4000mcd UV LED.
As advertised, the tubing is indeed very slick on the outside and NO GREASY FILM!! YAY! They did that part right!
Also, as advertised, the hose is very difficult to kink. You can almost bend at a 90'' angle without having to worry about losing flow-rate.
Color? not so much unless ur going for the industrial orange look.
Performance and practicality? As advertised on all points. A FANTASTIC length of conduit! Would buy again in different color. |
