Very nice.
Installed on my X850XT, was able to overclock 100 MHz, temps are still low, 48 degrees C load. Ram heatsinks use bad thermal product, switched to arctic silver''s adhesive thermal compound. Fan is a little loud on the high setting, but it''s low lowish hum, so it''s tolerable with music on.
