Good Quality
This is an excellent addition to anyone''s system with high RPM fans that don''t want to deal with the constant high db that typically accompanies them. I was a bit disappointed to find the voltage regulator on channel 1 dead on arrival, but this was easily remedied by running channel 2 in parallel to split the load. I''d still recommend this despite my bad luck. |

Solid Cooling
After much debate, I settled on this rad to cool the hot side of my peltier chiller. Replacing a single pass 120mm single fan radiator, I saw dramatic improvements. Chilled water temps went from 51F average to 42F. (72-74F ambient) Which is an enormous difference. I wound up having to overclock the cpu to avoid condesation problems, a very good problem to have!
Although I hadn''t planned on spending this much money, it was certainly worth it. |

nice
with 3 of these on a 120mm triple radiator I believe the perfect compromise of airflow and noise level are attained. I wouldn''t use more than 4 though. These would make EXCELLENT case fans! |

Get what you pay for.
While it''s a little pricey and installation isn''t exactly a breeze, this thing performs extremely well.
I used it on only one hard drive for nearly a year and recently bought a "second hard drive kit" so the bottom of the cooler could also cool the top of my dvd burner. While I''m not sure if it will effect the life span of the burner, it sure is a lot cooler, wow. It should be noted that this is NOT intended to be installed in units with hard drive trays, although this type of mounting is surely possible with some custom holes drilled for the screws. |
