It''s green...zzzzzzz
Before we all cracked open our cases and realized just how ugly things were, there was no reason to utter a word about computer cables. Well times have changed and so have cables...sort of. As with any new technology that causes a stir there are a myraid of accessories that follow. This is one of them that just doesn''t thrill me the way every other UV sleeved cable in my system does. Don''t get me wrong, it''s as good as any other SATA cable at transmitting data and it looks as good (assuming you like green) as the best of them; better than most in fact. What it doesn''t do is REACT to UV...it simply glows faintly. If you''ve got a few bucks to spare why not, if you''ve got a few more then sleeve it. In the mean time I''m begging our friends at Frozen to build us a truly ROUND UV REACTIVE cable to pimp our cases with!

Tsunami In Disguise
Some beach, somewhere. That''s where you can hear the roar of the ocean. No such racket here. I''ve dumped four other fans that didn''t live up to their "whisper quiet" claims but this baby is staying put! So if ocean noises are what you desire or if your crappy old speakers don''t crackle and whir enough call me and I''ll send you one of my old fans. If you''re looking for the quietest fan on the market, THIS IS YOUR SIGN...P.S. it cools wonderfully too, after all, it is a fan.

Go Silent, Go Strong
I''ll begin by saying that this little system is quiet enough to qualify as a church mouse, in fact I double checked the molex to make sure it was on. Now for those looking for a 10,000rpm HDD solution- buy a slower drive. For the rest my 7,200rpm drive loves this thing. It''s a massive heatsink/fan/anti-vibration kit in one. I bought mine to accommodate a large front intake fan that necessitated removal of the HDD cage. My one piece of installation advice would be to mount it in your case (sans HDD) and adjust the front bezel for depth then remove it and add your hard drive. Two thumbs up!
