 Mixed feelings.
It`s a great, quite and nice looking fan, but it moves so much air that most noticeable whoosh is audible beating the low noise profile this fan is supposed to have.

 Maybe bad luck.
I`m not sure if it`s a manufacturing flaw or I got a defective but right after the computer is turned on this fan sounds as if it was stuck and then slowly starts working normally, but even then, much more noisy than what it`s expected at 14dba. |

I can barely hear the computer''s hd now, and was not the quietest drive in the world too. |

Absolutely the quietest 60mm fan.
very nice and quite 60mm fan, ordered three for a small factor case, one of them seemed to be stucked at first, seems to be working now, that why it makes it a 4 instead of 5.
overall a good product. |
