 Decent pad.... poor customer service
Not a bad mat... but as others have said, the teflon surface wears off after a while. I have a roughly 1.5"-2" round patch near the center of my mat where the teflon coating is noticably wearing down, and maybe 1" of that is worn down to where the steel can be seen shining through. I got a new mouse with a better sensor (Logitech Performance Mouse MX), and when i was using the Add-N-Slide teflon feet, whenever the mouse got over that patch, it wouldn''t be able to track. E-mailed their customer service.... told them about it.... they asked me to send them pictures, so i did.... they said that they''d ship out a replacement..... and that was a couple months ago, still have yet to see any sign of a replacement. Needless to say.... i''m not using teflon feet, and i''m probably going to be buying a different mat soon-ish. |
