Pros: good fit on most RAM modules. uses 5V rail and not 12V like some other LED mods I''ve tried.
Cons: I''m a bit of a stickler for looks and found the red momentary switch to be a bit on the ugly side.
Thoughts: If you are running OCZ with their XTC syncs, you will have an issue with getting it to fit as their spreaders kind of ''butterfly'' the chips leaving a gap that I was hoping this module would fit into. I''ll be picking up some vandal switches and toying around with getting the switch into a 5.25" bay cover just to add to the aesthetics a bit. Other than that, this works great and adds a little something more to your system. |
