Decent
Aesthetically, I find these superior to the traditional shiny silver metal... functionally, they worked well except one of them literally broke apart while I was tightening it on the radiator. As another reviewer said, they do hold onto the tube quite well; I had two setups using primochill and feser tubes and both stayed on and sealed without any issues. Buy it...just be careful with the wrench.

Look elsewhere
I bought this fan to serve as the "cpu" fan on a liquid-cooling setup (I have it hooked up to the PWM header on the motherboard - yes I know I could use fan controller to set a constant speed, but I didn''t). It is mounted as the center fan in a 3-fan radiator. I bought it based on the claimed dba rating and because it visually matched my rig. I''d send it back if I hadn''t already destroyed the package. Not only is this thing louder than all the other fans in the case (even at idle, not just under load), the noise it makes is doubly irritating... it doesn''t make the traditional air-blowing noise. Instead, it really sounds like blades "chopping" through the air. Cyclical, loud, and VERY annoying. On the bright side, it does move a reasonable amount of air. I would not recommend this fan unless you reaaaallly like green and noise is of zero concern.
