It works
Used this to add some flash to the backplate of my video card. Worked great- glows a very intense red under my UV cathode tubes (and this was done over flat black). Gets brighter the closer it is to the light source. I was very impressed and might do more with different colors. Wish it wasn''t so expensive.

A bit costly, but these buttons look great and are of high quality. Perfect flush-mount. Great glow and color.
