Great Block!! I don''t know about the other people but it lowered my temp from around 10c only made my cpu go up 4c (single loop). But that is not bad since my cpu is oc''ed at 5.0ghz.

Some people dont know what there talking about!
This is one of the best fans out there. It does not matter which way you set them vertical or horizontal, as long as make the screws snug not to tight.
