Nice heat sink
Used with 35W Core i3 and Scythe 100mm PWM fan. Works great, keeps temps around 30 F. The Cooljag back plate (sold separately) didn''t work on my Gigabit mini ITX mobo (backside chip in the way), but a Prolimatech (IAK-01) kit did the trick. FrozenCPU rocks!

Perfect fit
I have a Gigabyte mini ITX mobo that had some chips on the backside around the periphery of the CPU that the standard Cooljag backplate would have crushed. This design is perfect and limits the contact with the motherboard.
