Description

Simple elegance meets technical grandeur

The HEATKILLER® Tube series is a modular collection of high-quality expansion tanks with a glass tube made of borosilicate. It has many outstanding features, which are listed below.

Borosilicate glass tube

With borosilicate glass, we rely on the best material currently available for the construction of expansion tanks. It offers high chemical and thermal resistance, low thermal expansion and a scratch-resistant quality. So ideal conditions to create a high-quality expansion tank.

Different filling volumes and flow-optimized D5 and DDC versions

We have manufactured our Heatkiller® Tube in different sizes. This offers the opportunity to be perfectly presented visually for all applications. With our Heatkiller tube you are also flexible with the filling volume. The sizes 100, 150 and 200 cover everything from mini-ITX to huge big towers.
You can also purchase our Heatkiller Tube in flow-optimized versions for the popular D5 and DDC pumps from Xylem (formerly Laing). For this we have made a solid acetal cover, which you place directly on the pump. The pump sucks the water directly from the expansion tank, which ensures higher flow rates and less noise thanks to the flow-optimized design.

Anti-cyclone effect

Especially with popular power pumps such as the D5 or DDC, the so-called cyclone effect can occur when the cooling medium is sucked in. The pump creates a kind of whirlpool and sucks in air. This not only results in less cooling performance, but also ambient noise. With our newly developed inlay, we have effectively switched off the cyclone effect.

Huge opening for filling
Under our bayonet fitting there is a huge opening for filling the Heatkiller® tube. The tube can be opened and filled in just a few seconds, without the need for tools.

Elegant accessories, variable brackets and lighting

So that you can best integrate your Heatkiller® Tube into your high-end system, we have worked on an extensive accessory package. This also includes different mounting options.
Thanks to our flexible mounting systems for horizontal or vertical mounting, you have the option of mounting the Heatkiller Tube standing, lying down or directly on fan locations.
The expansion tank can be visually further enhanced with differently anodized struts. We have blue, red and natural in our selection. The color “natural” is perfect for anodizing the struts themselves in the appropriate color.
In keeping with the current hype surrounding products with RGB LEDs, there are also addressable RGB LEDs in the selection of accessories for our Heatkiller Tube.

Made in Germany

The production is carried out with the greatest care on our ultra-modern CNC machine park in Waren-Müritz. Many work steps are carried out by hand and each product is brought to perfection according to the four-eye principle. Made in Germany as you would imagine.
