Yes. If you have placed your order online already and it has yet to ship, please call our offices and we'll place your order on hold until you arrive. Once you arrive to pick up the order, we will then refund the shipping charges. We encourage customers to put together an order online in our shopping cart (you do not have to check out) and to print a copy so our staff can quickly get your purchase together. We also strongly recommend customers pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards as opposed to cash. Paypal can be accepted in most cases for in store pickups.

Our business hours are from 12PM - 5PM Monday through Friday. We ask that customers first call our offices at 1.877.243.8266 or 585.218.0120 if you are local, to make sure staff is on hand to assist a walk-in and to see if all items they wish to purchase are in stock in our warehouse.
