You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the FrozenCPU world wide web sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of New York.

This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the entity named on the invoice ("FrozenCPU") that will be provided to you ("Customer") on orders for advanced computer cooling solutions, computer systems and/or related products sold in the United States. By accepting delivery of the advanced computer cooling solutions, computer systems and/or other products described on that invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in sole discretion of FrozenCPU.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

Unless otherwise noted, products sold by FrozenCPU. are covered by our 30-day return period. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the product's individual pages as well as in our full Return Policy. All liquid cooling returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order due to the ever-changing landscape of hardware these products cool. Some items, such as the Modular/Segmented Power Supplies, have an optional 1 year extended warranty. FrozenCPU, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. FrozenCPU expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to FrozenCPU arising from any
product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall FrozenCPU, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

All orders fall under our "Same Day Shipping" policy. Any order placed before 4PM EST is guaranteed to ship out the very same evening. Orders containing any custom products such as build to order custom cases, sleeved items or custom length power supplies are not guaranteed by our Same Day Shipping Policy but will ship out as quickly as possible and generally gets shipped out same day. If for some reason an order cannot be shipped, then our staff will attempt to contact you, Customer, via the provided telephone numbers and notify Customer of the delay and a possible resolution.

FrozenCPU will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered.

All items purchased at FrozenCPU are to be used at your own risk.

When used properly, all FrozenCPU products are absolutely safe.

Damage to computer components and possible bodily harm can occur if a product is used improperly. FrozenCPU assumes NO liability whatsoever, expressed or implied for the use of these products.

On all liquid cooling, sleeved items, custom modified products, all sales are final unless otherwise noted. Defective items will be replaced. Any modifications (such as sleeving, installation of items, etc) may void the warranty of an item. If you are unsure if a modification will void a warranty on an item, please contact our offices to find out. See Return Policies for more info.

Please Note: For security purposes, orders totaling five hundred dollars or more, may require some forms of identification before processing.

We reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders at any time or request payment in advance through money order or certified bank check.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, FrozenCPU shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical errors, even if an invoice was issued in error. FrozenCPU shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, FrozenCPU shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
