I am shipping to a Freight Forwarder, why was my order canceled?

The most likely cause for this is that your CVV2/Billing Address did not match that on your credit card. (Ex: you have an international credit card and are shipping to a freight forwarding company; you entered the shipping address in the billing field)

I paid with PayPal, why was my order canceled?

The most common reason that we cancel PayPal orders is that the payee does not have a confirmed address through PayPal.Without a confirmed address, PayPal will not protect our orders.

To confirm your address, you will first need to add a credit card to your PayPal account. If your credit card company supports the Address Verification System, PayPal will check that the address you provided for your account matches the billing address that your credit card company has on file. You may be required to complete the Expanded Use Enrollment process, in which your credit card will become activated. Your address will not be Confirmed until the Expanded Use Enrollment process has been successfully completed.
