Who We Recommend
This item is a compression fitting for use with water cooling products. The 1/4" British standard thread with rubber o-ring allows it to screw securely into water cooling components with a tight leak proof seal. The screw connection is designed for use with PVC tubing with an inside diameter of 3/8" and an outside diameter of 1/2". 10mm x 13mm tubing will also be compatible.
This fitting can be used with the Zalman water block as well as most Innovatek and Danger Den products. Because of its larger diameter than the 8x1mm compression fitting, this item is not compatible with the Tank-O-Matic, and Graph-O-Matic because their thread holes are too close together. This fitting is also not compatible with the clip for either innovaCool Rev3.0 P4 or AMD water blocks. Special extension fittings will need to be applied.
This fitting is, however, ideal for all other components which include: Eheim pumps, Plug-On Tanks Sm & Lg, Res-Clr, X-Flow water block, Radi-S, Radi-D, and HD-O-Matic.

Looks good and works good, no bad review. Decided to use tubing and not rigid so I bought these (8) and they look good.
Very tight hold11-11-2011

These fittings are very tight holds. They dig into the tubing more-so than other fittings, but the chance of a leak is nil to none.

A very nice looking poduct, does it job pretty well, except the fron ring is a little "too" tigh, which make screwing in a bit of a pain(physically)

All dimensions are great! I have used these and the 3/8"ID 5/8"OD from Bitspower. Well made!
Threads a little short for some apllications01-23-2009

These will not work with certain cooling devices. The threads are too short for the Swiftec GTZ and the body too wide for their HD4870 VGA waterblock. I guess they are compatible with 90% of the components out there but have a backup plan!
