Pretty sure it didn''t do anything. I dont think my PSU was causing any additional noise in my system via vibration against the case. Of course, I don''t think it did any harm either.

I have mixed feelings about these things. I believe they did reduce the noise a bit. Not as much as I''d like. deinitely was a pain in the ass installing without it binding up when I tightened the screws.
