bought the 3.5 grams and used it for my Monobloc. Took about the whole tube. The GPU also took a whole tube so always buy 3, one for spare.
Didn''t soak the tube in warm water, just used it and spread it with the tool. I think the stiffer the better when spreading.
Compared to Coolermaster paste, this paste is about 1-2 degrees C cooler.
