Fan noise

I love the look with it inside my case. black and red themed but there is a problem. While the fans were running, the fan with this grill made an extremely loud humming noise. I tried a regular black wired grill and it sounds normal. I could enjoy the grill if i turned down the fan alot but then i wouldn''t have any air flow so i couldn''t use this.
