SWIFTECH SATA PWM SPLITTER
Great product! Does EXACTLY what is is intended to, and very well. Only modification I made was to swap the white connector for a black one, but otherwise, flawless out of the box! As stated prior, this ONLY works with PWM fans, not 3-pin (voltage) fans. I will be running a total of four of these in my Haswell build and I recommend them!

Took a chance on this fan...
I am preparing a move from my current *TERRIBLE* acrylic case into a CaseLabs S3 Mercury, and I am going to air cool the CPU first, but being as the mITX platforms leave baically NO room for high-quality coolers, I had to go with a smaller than desired Zalman for that task. I have other fans for intake purposes, but I wanted something beefy for exhaust... HOLY DANCING MOSES, this thing moves some serious air. I have this on a rear exhaust port, plugged into a PWM header on a splitter, and managed with Speedfan. Excelent folume, and while I usually run with the case wall open in this rig, I will append more data when I have the new setup going, where the case will be closed 24/7. Also of note; the blades are EXTREMELY strong and thick, IMO an excellent selling point. I dislike thin, weak fan blades, and these are not. A++ product!!!
