Description
The HEATKILLER® III Industrial Line is a powerful water cooler that was specifically designed for industrial applications. In addition to commercially available processors, other heat sources, such as Peltier elements, can also be cooled.
Thanks to the finely designed cooling structure with microfins, the waste heat can be absorbed and transported away very well by the cooling medium. Although the cooling geometry is very complex, the flow resistance is very low. The effective cooling surface is 40x40mm. The HEATKILLER® III Industrial Line has a flat base and is therefore particularly suitable for use on flat surfaces*.
The HEATKILLER® III Industrial Line is very maintenance-friendly. A modular design allows the cooler to be opened easily. It is also easy to clean.
The cooler is made from high-purity electrolytic copper on a modern CNC machine park directly in Germany. All standard parts are made of stainless steel (A2). NBR-70 is used for the O-ring. EPDM is possible on request.
The Industrial Line products are supported with spare parts for a particularly long time. In addition, an availability period can be contractually fixed.
If you plan to use our Industrial Line products as standard, customer-specific adjustments can be made.

* CPU coolers usually have a slightly convex or concave base. This significantly improves contact with the convex or concave heat spreaders of modern processors. This improves the cooling performance of these CPU coolers. CPU coolers are less suitable for use on flat surfaces, e.g. with Peltier elements, as the contact area is significantly reduced.
