The 250mm Silent LED Case Fan is just asking to be installed on a case side panel. With its massive area, this fan can cool an entire motherboard, plus its built in 5 LEDs can illuminate your entire case. The fan kicks out 105 CFM while making only 19 dBA - less noise than most 80mm fans!
The included black bezel and grill will cover the hole in the side panel - you can cut it with a pair of Tin Snips and it will still look professional once it is installed.

The fan came with the grill, but no mounting instructions or screws come with it. However, I had to totally mod the fan anyway...
I removed the mesh grill and hot glued stretched pantyhose over the whole thing, and then hot glued it into the plastic ring. Had to cut off all for mounts, and trimmed away 1/5 of the clear shroud to get it to fit in my mini tower side panel so it would reinstall! Cut hole with tin snips; drilled six holes thru the black ring and screwed in flush to the side panel. I then hot glued entire perimeter of fan hole edges and shroud on inside to help with sound dampening... Hope it never fails because its never coming out again! Now filtered air blows straight on MOBO and gives my case positive air pressure! A big plus for banning dust. GREAT FAN!

With a digital SPL meter at 1 meter it produces 41 DBA (frig OFF). HTPC rig mounted in a tight space in my entertainment center.
Great fan

cools great, puts out alot more air than the stock Thermaltake Armor 250mm fan. The led, however, is was not a true electric blue but more of a viloet almost purple blue color.
Big fan

I have the TT ARMOUR case that comes with the 250mm fan already. I wanted something with a little more umph and this is it. Granted the stock one runs at 600cfm and this one is 800 but it still rocks. Dropped my Core2 Duo a whole 6c with my Zalman CPNS9500 on top of it. So if you are looking for a little more this is worth it trust me. It has even dropped my case temps which is great because 2 8800GTX cards do cook the insides of the case.
